Learn How We Are Keeping You & Our Team Safe
Revival Airdrie Covid Protocols
We Are Open For In Person Appointments
Your health is our number one priority and we have updated our protocols to continue to keep you safe while visiting the clinic. We will be attentively listening to our clients and teams and updating our protocols as needed.
Pre-screening
An online questionnaire is sent out 24 hours before every visit and is required to have an appointment during this time.
Additional Sanitation
In addition to our regular cleaning protocols, we have implemented extra sanitation between clients and at scheduled times throughout the day.
Staggering Session Times
To limit client to client interactions we have spaced appointment start times.
Before Each Visit
Pre-screening
Prior to visiting the clinic, you will receive an email for a survey. This will ask you a few questions about symptoms you may be feeling and your potential exposure to covid.
- Surveys are sent out 24 hours before your appointment
- Completion of the survey is mandatory before entering the clinic
- If any information changes or symptoms develop after completing the survey please contact the clinic immediately @ 403-945-1530
Checking In
Arrive On Time, Not Early
Please arrive for your session right on time, and not early. We are limiting contact or crowding in our waiting area. Please consider waiting in your car until your appointment time as the weather can be unpredictable and the door will be locked until your assigned time.
Mandatory Masks
Masks are mandatory for all clients and staff. If you do not have a mask for your first visit a complimentary mask will be provided. Additional masks are available for purchase.
Sanitation
Prior to entering a treatment room, you will be asked to sanitize and take all personal items with you. Your therapist will also go through a series of sanitation checks before beginning treatment.
Temperature Check
A contactless temperature check will be taken from your forehead prior to starting your appointment.
Clinic Updates
As recommendations change and additional information is released from the government we will continue to update our protocols. Please follow our social media and website to stay up to date with these changes
