The laser uses a complex computer program, as well as low-intensity laser diodes, or ‘light plates,’ to treat injured tissue. Velcro straps hold the light plates of the laser in place on your body. The light source is placed in contact with the skin, allowing the photon (light) energy to penetrate the tissue. Here it interacts with various intracellular biomolecules to restore normal cell function and enhance the body’s healing processes.
