WHY WE HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar  just for you. That also means this space is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please let us know as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. A missed appointment prevents us from caring for other clients.

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, we require that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time. Although we really do not want to have to charge you, notification inside 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

Late Client Policy
At Revival our goal is to make every clinic visit efficient, enjoyable and stress-free. Late clients impact the quality of care by reducing patient time with the clinical provider. If you’re late, we will make every effort to see you for the remainder of the scheduled time. The full fee will be charged for this appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

Besides calling into our clinic, canceling and rescheduling can be completed online. Access you account in the following ways:

  • Find your conformation email from when the appointment was booked. At the bottom of the email will be a link that will direct you to reschedule
  • Click the book an appointment link and log into your account. Under upcoming appointments, select the appointment you would like to reschedule
